Our Story
Just two guys who really hate bad f*cking coffee.
Buffalo is known for a lot of things. Its people, its football, its wings. Coffee? Not so much.
We grew up in the city and have been friends for over 20 years. Different careers, different lifestyles, different paths.
But somehow, the same problem: we could never find THE cup of coffee.
We both live for the grind. Long hours. Early mornings. Late nights. Big ideas.
We wanted a coffee that could keep up, something worth reaching for whether the day was just beginning
or the rest of the world had already gone to sleep.
So we made it ourselves.
Born at the “Eleventh Hour,” our coffee was created for the people who never stop going, never stop building,
and are always chasing whatever comes next.
Inspired by rich European brews and crafted right here in Buffalo, Eleventh Hour is coffee for the ones putting in the work.
